Due to the unique and delicate nature of crystals, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

Each piece is intuitively chosen and one of a kind, and we encourage you to read descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will happily offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Please Note

Natural variations, inclusions, and markings are part of what make each crystal unique and are not considered faults.

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure it arrives safely and with intention.
